At Zayan Scents, we aim to deliver your favorite fragrances quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy below for a smooth shopping experience.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time

Within Pakistan: Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
International Orders: Delivery may take 7–14 business days. (Currently available to selected countries only.)

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders over PKR 3,000 within Pakistan.
For orders below PKR 3,000, a standard shipping fee of PKR 250 applies.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.

5. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

What types of products do you sell?

When will my order be processed?

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours on business days (excluding weekends & public holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery within major cities usually takes 3–5 working days, and 5–7 working days for more remote areas. During sale periods or high demand, delays might occur; we’ll always keep you updated.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we provide COD within Pakistan. You can also pay by debit/credit card, bank transfer, or any alternative payment method shown at checkout.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can request cancellation or changes within 12 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been shipped. Contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number.

What is your return & exchange policy?

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or significantly not as described. Products must be unused, with original tags and packaging. Buyer pays return shipping unless it’s our error.

What if the product I want is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, you can opt to receive a restock notification by email. We also suggest checking back periodically, or contact us to see if we can bring it back sooner.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS. Use that number on the courier’s website to view status updates.
